Action Button Hijack

What happens

They press and hold the Action Button to silence their phone in a meeting. A fart plays instead.

Setup

1. Save a short fart sound in Files on their phone.
2. Open Shortcuts → + and name the shortcut Action Button Hijack. Add File and select that sound, then add Play Sound using the File action’s output.
3. Run it once while unlocked and allow file access. Check that the sound plays at the current media volume.
4. Settings → Action Button, swipe to Shortcut, choose Action Button Hijack. Press and hold the button to test it.

Undo

Settings → Action Button, swipe back to Silent Mode.
