What happens
Run once on their phone, it books a 3:33 AM event titled “don’t turn around” on each of the next 14 nights, each with an alert.
Setup
- Open this page in Safari on the iPhone, download the file (or AirDrop it), open it from Safari Downloads or Files, and tap Add Shortcut.
- In the … editor, set the Add New Event → Calendar field to an existing writable calendar. Run once while unlocked and allow Calendar access. Check the 14 events at 3:33 AM starting tomorrow, with an alert at event time. Calendar notifications and Focus affect whether the alerts are shown. Running again creates another 14 events.
Undo
Run the cleanup shortcut (download below). It deletes only what this prank created, matched by its exact shortcut-to-hell:haunted-calendar tag in Notes. Older versions used a shared tag; remove those older events manually in Calendar.
